Technology Application Service

We carry out a technological service of the equipment sold, during which:

– helping the customer to master the functionality (operating principles) of the purchased equipment;
– if necessary, selecting and suggesting the most appropriate methodology and the necessary additives or reagents;
– full participation in the implementation of the methodologies;
– advising customers;
– continuously studying and improving our knowledge in order to be able to offer you the latest technologies and methods.

Post-warranty Service

The purpose of post-warranty service is to respond effectively and to resolve any equipment faults that occur. This is facilitated by the data system we have set up to keep track of the work carried out and the problems encountered. This helps us to efficiently deal with recurring faults or, if the customer requires, to provide a service history of the equipment.

In the event of a fault, we perform:

– equipment diagnosis and problem identification;
-replacement of defective parts with original manufacturer’s parts;
– after the work has been carried out, we check that the equipment is working properly;
– prepare and submit a report on the work carried out;
– guarantee the work and parts.

Training

We provide training on the equipment we sell so that the customer can use the equipment correctly and achieve the desired results.

During training:

– we introduce the customer to the equipment and its principles of operation according to the manufacturer’s recommendations;
– we tell you about the daily maintenance of the equipment;
– provide documentation of the equipment.
